A life-long collection and an outstanding variety of  all historical collectibles in showcase condition.

Everything is going to be sold on site in this two-day ‘more than an estate sale’. This is also a demolition sale, as the owner plans to tear down what’s left of the house and out buildings almost immediately after the sale. 

In addition to the antiques and collectibles, there are all the garden plants, rocks in the garden, doors, windows, lighting and bathroom fixtures, plus all the ‘shabby chic’ cabinets in this 1950’s period home.

Note: Please make arrangements at the sale for uninstall of fixtures and/or cabinetry if required.
